Ashley Leonard is Senior Vice President of Product Management at Absolute Security, where he leads product strategy and execution to expand Absolute’s secure endpoint capabilities helping customers strengthen cyber.
Leonard joined Absolute following the company’s acquisition of Syxsense, where he served as President and CEO and helped shape the company’s vision and growth in automated endpoint and vulnerability management. Under his leadership, Syxsense developed a platform designed to streamline critical security and management activities across globally distributed endpoints, aligning patching and remediation workflows to reduce risk and improve operational efficiency.
A technology entrepreneur with 25+ years of experience spanning enterprise software, sales, marketing, and operations, Leonard is known for building and scaling products at the intersection of IT operations and cybersecurity. Prior to Syxsense, he founded NetworkD, and infrastructure management software organization (later sold), and subsequently founded Verismic Software in 2012, focused on enterprise power management.
Leonard is active in the executive community, former Chapter Chair of the Young Presidents Organization
(YPO) Orange County, Chair of YPO’s Global Leadership Conference in Miami and has been recognized as a finalist for Ernst & Young “Entrepreneur of the Year” and AeA “Outstanding Private Company CEO.” He studied at the University of Exeter and later taught at Boston University.
