The Transformation Club Ltd (TTC) takes the privacy of your information and how it is used very seriously, and we will only use your personal information in accordance with the current data protection law in the UK and this Privacy Policy. This notice describes The Transformation Club's Privacy Policy and how we aim to repay the trust you have shown by sharing your personal data with us. The Transformation Club's head office is located at the following address: London (Headquarters) 8 Devonshire Square, London EC2M 4YJ.  This Privacy Policy only applies to personal information we hold about individuals. Event attendees

Applies between an attendee of any digital or physical event and The Transformation Club. This section of the privacy policy applies to our use of any and all Data collected by us or provided by you in relation to your application and attendance of any such event.  The Transformation Club collects Personal Data from an attendee which consists of but is not limited to the following:

• Full name
• Position
• Company
• Email address
• Contact number and Office number
• Industry you work in
• Areas of interest - challenges and planned projects

When you apply or agree to be an attendee of any The Transformation Club event you MUST consent to us collecting and storing your personal information. You will not be able to complete your registration process for a The Transformation Club event without consenting to us storing your personal data.

Personal data is obtained by The Transformation Club when you complete one of our event attendee forms. Personal data is also obtained through your use of our websites or when you access links in our marketing emails. We will only collect personal data relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is being processed.

We will collect and share a connected attendee post-event list of personal data - this will be personal data of those who you have met with to allow contact post event. Information shared includes:

• Full name
• Position
• Company
• Email address
• Company phone number

We will not share strictly private information under any circumstance; this includes personal data such as personal/private mobile numbers or personal contact numbers.

The Transformation Club requires the personal data we collect to be accurate, to ensure the provision of the best possible service including, but not limited to, the matchmaking process of attendees to peers & suitable solution partners.

Please contact us if you believe the personal data held by us to be incorrect. We will erase or rectify the personal data upon receipt of the up to date personal data. We will also update any third parties that we may have transferred or shared your personal data with. The Transformation Club does not take any responsibility for incorrect personal data being submitted by an attendee.

Changes to The Transformation Club privacy policy:

This privacy policy was last updated on 30th November 2021. The Transformation Club reserves the right to vary this privacy policy from time to time. Such variations become effective on posting on this website. Your subsequent use of this website or submission of personal information to will be deemed to signify your acceptance to the variations.
